Your appointment at Inspirational Touch Massage is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time and care dedicated to each client, the following policy applies:

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
   
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
   
• Repeated late cancellations may result in prepayment requirements or loss of booking privileges.
